Add this factory OEM replacement Chrome End Gate Handle to the tailgate of your Sierra for an enhanced look. This is a complete replacement handle assembly for Sierras with factory rearview camera systems which require camera mounting accommodations. This GM Accessory is designed specifically for the GMC Sierra.
Simply remove the eight (8) bolts on the tailgate access cover.
Now remove the key-lock retainer clip and key-lock cylinder from the old handle.
Next, remove the two bolts which hold the rearview camera to the handle assembly and remove camera.
Finally, remove the two (2) bolts to release handle assembly and move the camera and lock assembly to the new Chrome Handle assembly and reinstall.
